Thanks all, for the cocounut suggestions

From time to time, I've seen people suggest coconut milk as a replacement for cow's milk/soy/almond milk in a child's diet. We bought a container and I have to admit it was pretty tasty. DS was only moderatly interested and I gave the container to a friend who's child can't tolerate dairy.

Anyway, the daughter LOVES it and the mother is so relieved because the daughter is 12 and on a really heavy soy-intensive diet already. She was worried about all the soy. So, thanks! The mother likes it, the uncle likes it, the daughter likes. Now they have switched to a single alternative milk in the house from 6!

That's great! My DS can't have dairy either and we do coconut or hemp milk. It's great to have so many choices available now. I couldn't do dairy either as a baby and my mom could only find soy milk as an alternative and I hated it (this was in Asia though).

Coconut and help milk are our favorite, too
