Spd?

Anyone else dealing with this? I had my first physical therapy appointment today. I have SPD. Also, my pelvis is rotated so that my left leg was half an inch longer than my right. She actually had that straightened out by the end of the appointment, although it will probably happen again. She gave me a bunch of exercises to do, but even though she wrote them down the only two I remember enough to do are kegels-- I hate kegels-- and getting on my hands and knees and doing cat/cow pose.

Did she suggest a support belt?

The support belt was the difference between walking being nearly impossible and just being painful towards the end.

I have two support belts- one is just the belt and the other one goes up and over my shoulders-- but they just don't seem to help. Plus I have sensory issues and they bug the crap out of me. I'd be willing to suck it up and try to deal, but they just don't seem to help.
