Abilify and pregnancy?

After suffering from PPD I decided it was time to do something about it and see a psychiatrist. Not only was I dealing with PPD but I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder as well. I've been prescribed Abilify and Zoloft to help the mood swings and depression.

My question is this: Does anyone know if Abilify is safe to take while pregnant. FWIW, I'm 4w5d.
