Nutiva coconut manna?

Any thoughts on if this is really a healthy food or not? I recently bought a jar of Nutiva coconut manna and am loving it, so much actually that it worries me a bit. In my experience anything that tastes so good to me is not good for me to have around in large quantities , but I don't seem to be having any negative effects (like eating way too much to where I start to feel sick which I have done with things like peanut butter, grapes, and blueberries) from the coconut manna. It does taste pretty sweet (which I'm sure is a huge reason I really like it), but there is only 1g sugar per TB listed on the label so it doesn't appear like there is a lot of sugar in it.

I am still trying to have a tablespoon or so of coconut oil a day, but figure eating a few tablespoons (I have been going into the jar with a teaspoon about 7 or 8 times a day so I figure it adds up to a few TBs) of the coconut manna a day makes up for the days I miss the coconut oil (never enjoyed eating coconut oil straight). And right now I'm so busy and tandem nursing that a healthy calorie-dense food that is easy to eat and I actually really like is a good thing for me. Just wondering if this fits the bill or is too good to be true.

huh...I might have to buy some of this! I have been craving coconut but I to do not like the oil straight..blech. It looks like it is just the dried coconut flesh and it must be "pureed" somehow....hmmm I guess I would just be curious how it is dried...like how high of heat, high enough to elimanate the good or just enough to get it dry kwim?? the only ingredient listed is coconut! hmmmm...

eat away! I'd also be curious how its dried. It looks similar to the Artisana raw coconut butter or Tropical Traditionals coconut cream concentrate that I also love.
