Dr. for Adrenal Fatigue?

I really need help with my adrenals. I know all the things I should be doing. I am on cortisol and DHEA and can't get off them. It hasn't worked out for me to have an appt with Dr. Neville. Does anyone else have another Dr. who is really good at adrenal fatigue?

There is definitely a hormonal connection because I feel worse before my period (finally have one now on the cortisol) and better when I start my period. I have no libido except for at the start of my period. Maybe a hormone cream?

How is your magnesium load?

and any insulin issues or hypoglycemia attacks?

why can't you get off of them, what happens?

Blood sugar totally fine but I've had debilitating hypoglycemia in the past. I had chronic infection that wiped out my adrenals almost completely. Better now but stalled out. Mag is low, I take Natural Calm and I soak in epsom baths. I was taking Iodine but ran out, that is definitely part of my problem, although my thyroid stuff (free t3) never looks all that bad. I'm also taking B5 and on GAPS diet.

The one time I tried to go off DHEA I had horrible rage the next day. When I forget my Cortef I can get very irritable and either fatigued or insomnia.

Well you are certainly doing a lot!

the only thing that jumps out at me is further investigation of your thyroid (just because blood levels are normal doesn't mean your cells are using the thyroid hormone) and maybe taking all B vits together? afaik, just taking one can cause an imbalance.
