Mama-To-Be In Madrid

My dear younger brother and his lovely wife have just moved to Spain. My SIL is 5 months pregnant (due in Feb) and is not a native Spanish speaker, though of course she has been taking lessons and so forth to prepare for the move. She is trying to find a midwife (not a private one, because of cost) and her OB will not give her the names of public ones. Does anyone have any advice? Or web sites (in Spanish is fine--she finds it easier to read than to converse) where she can find more information and her rights?

Here is a blog for an amazing midwife who works with her sister http://inmamarcos.blogspot.com/. The material is in Spanish, but the sister (Mireia) is fluent in English. She (and many other midwives here) trained in England. While they work out of Barcelona, they are active on a national level and would be able to give info about Madrid.
