Thanks for the suggestions. Where do I get the UA strips? And where would I find a midwife style chart?

Didn't see this til now!

You can get UA strips thru Cascade, but this time around I actually got mine thru amazon - free shipping! lol

as far as the prenatal record - do you have the book 'heart and hands'? said chart is on page 245. I make my own, and so could you. Take a sheet of paper and divide it into 9 vertical columns. The first would be the date, second weeks gestation, 3rd your weight, 4th UA results, 5th bp {do you have your own monitor?}, 6th fetal heart tones, 7th baby's position, 8th your fundal height.. and 9th edema.
