I've been peppering this board with a lot of technical questions, and not having all that much luck finding answers, but I'm going to keep trying!
My son's immune function labs are back. He has a Primary Immune Deficiency so we monitor his labs often. This time in his antigen panel, they tested Tetanus (this is the first time it's been tested). His antigen response was very low, like really low. He also has decreased t-cells and low IgM, not sure if it's all related or not honestly!
Is my understanding correct that this is "proof" that he will not respond well to vaccination against tetanus? And furthermore, will that be true then of any toxoid vaccine?
He has not received any vaccines, but has had natural infections of Chicken Pox and Rotavirus to which he shows no immunity. He also has had chronic haemophilus influenzae infections.
