Drying up?

I was hoping someone can help me figure out what's going on. I'm not producing anywhere near as much milk as I was (which was always JUST enough), and my just turned 4 month old is hungry. He struggles on the breast (after a few good gulps), looking for more. We EC so I know exactly how much he pees (and how clear his urine is), and that too has become less frequent (and sometimes dark yellow).

I've been pretty busy lately (I'm a WAHM) and have been trying to keep him on the breast every two hours (at least), and about a month ago I suspected that he wasn't getting quite enough milk (his weight gain was still going up, but not as rapidly as it was), and since he has a heart condition and will be going into surgery in a few months, I decided that domperidone couldn't hurt.

Since then, I've been taking that (3pills, 3x/day), as well as nursing teas, brewers yeast, iron supplements... everything I know of to increase my levels. But when I used to be able to pump several ounces, I'm now lucky to get one. I own a medela pump in style double electric (works great). My supply is definitely down.

We have resorted to giving him an evaporated milk formula (so that I CAN pump), maybe 2-3 bottles/week, but I'm not happy about that at all. I refuse to give OTC formula, so if anyone has any healthier suggestions, please let me know.

I know that Weston Price has a recipe for homemade formula that it very nutritious. I'm not sure what it is offhand, but I assume you could google it to find out.
Good luck trying to get your supply back up, I understand how frustrating that is because I also seem to have low supply and frequently wonder if she's getting enough.
Have you spoken to a LLL leader for other suggestions?
