How to get a child with stomach cramps to drink/take meds?

The title says it all.

Dd (age 6) is going on day 4 of what appears to be an 'icky virus' (the term used by her pediatrician when we were in earlier today). Her major symptoms are: high fever (102-104), severe headache and stomach cramps.

Dd threw up this morning and is now reluctant to drink or eat. I'm not so worried about the eating, but the drinking is getting me worried. She is also refusing the tylenol chewables. I'd be OK skipping them, EXCEPT she's clearly in pain and uncomfortable (she lies in bed and moans loudly while insisting I be there right next to her). But even with the Tylenol, she's reluctant to drink or eat. And when it wears off, I have hard time getting a new dose into her.

Since 12 noon, I've managed to get 1 popsicle into her, about 4 oz of apple juice and maybe 3 oz of water. Any tricks for getting her to drink more? Normally the lure of unlimited apple juice would be irresistible to her. But it's not.

(I realize this is sort of a Health and Healing topic but put it in parenting because it's more about how to get dd to drink more, not about the health problem per se. If it's in the wrong category, sorry.)

My daughter has a vomiting disorder and I've resorted to dribbling water or pedialyte into her mouth as she sleeps. She still vomits it.

We do have pheneregan supposistories on hand. They are one of the meds she has to take when she's having an episode. I tend to give her one shot at taking the same med orally, but if she can't keep it down she has to have it. She also uses a med called Zofran that disintegrates on her tongue. (it tastes nasty though, so we try to mix it in something and have her shoot it)

Would your doctor call you in that or something similar? Our daughter ends up in the hospital for rehydration. Truthfully it might help your DD to feel better. Being dehydrated makes our DD feel worse.
