Ovarian Cysts & Castor oil packs anyone?

I read a lot online stating that castor oil packs can help reduce and maybe get rid of ovarian cysts. I have one small cyst on each ovary. Over the past couple weeks (after my last period) I used the packs about 5 times, my period was due 2 days ago, I took a pregnancy test got a BFN, but where's my period? Did the castor oil packs do something to make it late? 99.5% of the time I am always due on day 28.

Also my Obgyn says its possible to get pregnant with cysts, she says it doesnt interfere? The past 2 months I havent gotton pregnant, maybe God or the universe says its not time yet? I dont know?

I also have cysts on my overies (I have pcos). We have one DS by surprise and have been trying for over a year now to get pg with #2. Two months is not very long to be trying! Don't give up, just wait and see how it goes. I don't know much about the castor oil packs either but I have been wanting to try them out. Check out Naturally Knocked Up.com. She has great stuff about fertility. Just wait another week and test again. Don't give up hope!

here is my ironic experience with ovarian cysts:
1st pregnancy - happened right away while having orange size ovarian cyst on both ovaries, did not know about them at the time of conception
ovarian cysts removed after 1st pregnancy
2nd pregnancy - took almost 2 year to get pregnant with no ovarian cysts

kikimezz - WEIRD!!!  The same thing just happened to me!  Well... almost... I had a "textbook" cycle, an anovulatory cycle, then a wacked-out one, where I almost O'd three times (TONS of stress...), so I started with the castor oil packs - hoping to get myself back on track, and hello CD 56... BAH!  

I'm uber-curious to hear if anyone knows more about this - or if we're having a doubly-odd coincidence.
