Soy allergy people...question about soy lecithin?

DD2 reacts to soy with huge behavior problems. I've taken away all soy, even soy lecithin, because I've been too scared to add it back in. I have heard the people with soy allergy don't react to soy lecithin...has this been your experience? It would certainly make things a little easier if we didn't have to worry about it in that form. Thanks!!

My dd is not "allergic" but is "intolerant" of soy and her worst reactions are actually soy lecithin and vit e derived from soy.

*sigh* I would kill for some Ghiradelli chocolate about now. Enjoy Life is ok, but it's just NOT the same, lol! I need some more GOOD chocolate! I have some Lindt dark chocolate without soy....but I would love something creamy and milky......

we absolutely cannot do soy lecithin and interestingly enough it does not test bad on our gut - but the central nervous system. my kids both get highly emotional - dr jeckyl & mr hyde style.....

we can't do soy lecithin and I even limit soy oil. If she gets a lot of soy oil and lecithin she starts stuttering badly. It isn't an allergy, but an intolerance. More soy products and she gets terrible stomach upset, along emotional/behavior issues. But the lecithin and oil alone just cause behavior issues.
