feed the freezer wraps

Hi I have just returned to work & am wondering if anyone has good ideas of wraps I could make over the weekend freezer and then grab on the way to work. Years ago a coworker was so proud of switching to organic but she was just eating what I thought of as crap- frozen burritos. Now I am so busy it is my fallback if there are no leftovers. Need quick lunchs as a teacher I get about 20min to eat.

Any suggestions- I am vegetarian but love vegan stuff too.

You could make/buy pizza dough and bake up calzones with just about anything inside. These would freeze and reheat well.

In a lunch rut myself - what to give the kids that is quick, yummy & interesting but something I can freeze ahead of time.

In Australia we don't eat much Mexican (being so close to Asia we tend to go towards Asian tastes). I like the idea of the frozen burritos. Could anyone tell me what I should put in them? And when you say 'beans' what type of beans & do you cook them with spices etc? (BTW we're vegan)

Thanks in advance gang!
