so i had to wash the infant insert today and naturally my ds2 *needed* to go into the ergo. nothing else would satisfy him 
so the insert was barely going into the dryer, but i didnt wash that pillow that goes in it, so i put the pillow in the ergo (w/o the insert) and just wore ds2 that way. he is about 6-7weeks old, i cant remember his height/weight but the last time dr. checked, he was "off the charts" so he is no small baby. his neck is fine, he is comfortable, everything seems fine.
but is this ok? i only did it for this emergency use, but the ergo with just the pillow and not the actual insert is actually so much more comfy. is that totally dangerous?
