painful red bumps in diaper area

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right spot.

As of about a month ago my two year old daughter has been getting painful, pimple looking (whitehead) bumps on her vagina, bottom, and upper thighs. She got them when we moved from arizona to california. I have treated them like a diaper rash, but no luck. The herbal diaper cream i use usually works quickly. But these are bigger painful looking bumps. She complains that they are painful if I touch them. I am stumped.

Yeast Infection?
Staph Infection?

Any herbal remedy ideas out there?

What kind of diapers does she wear? Can you describe the bumps more?

It may be a yeast infection. Dab it with some apple cider vinegar and let it air dry, and put coconut oil on it 2-3 times a day.

If you have some left over topical cream like monistat, you can put that on it as well.

It could be impetigo. If you think it could be that then take her in to the doctor.

she wears huggies diapers. She has always worn huggies. ??? They started when we moved from az to ca. Most of the bumps are red with a white head on top. Some are smaller than others. And not all of them turn into a white head. But some of the bigger ones are very red and up to 3/4 inch in diameter. She has had them for a month or longer. I've never had a yeast infections, but would it spread down her legs and on her belly? And wouldn't it come with a smell or discharge? Not sure....like I said..I've never had one. any more suggestions????
