I'm starting am temps/ charting again tomorrow but wondering how to do it with my life these days. Most mornings between kids coming in to visit and my own restless early morning sleep I"m mostly just dozing from 4:30 or so on, until I get up around 6:30 or 7. Some days I have to get up to put kids back in their beds or go to the bathroom. So just wondering at what point I take my temp? The first point that I realize I'm not sleeping anymore? Or just if I get out of bed? Or wait until I get up for the day?
