Thank you SO much! This really made my day. I was laboring from 11pm to 4:30am with strong ctx 3 min apart. Then they stopped cold.
*sigh*
The good news is, the midwives have backed off and stopped scheduling c/s that I have have (twice now) not shown up for. They know I am serious about giving this baby a chance and they are letting me be. Maybe that is the mental break I need to let things happen. 42 weeks today and off to the chiro now.

I read your blog and this morning ,when I opened all the blogs on my roll and saw your Friday photo, I got to thinking about you ... so I came here looking. It's great to hear that your caregivers are backing off of the c/s stuff! I wanted to wish you good luck but it sounds like you've got that! Do well!

Yep, I'm totally labor stalking you mamas!

My DS2 was due at the end of March, and I remember how hard it was being left all alone at the end of my due month (and beyond) while everyone else was chatting about their babes. Hope your spirits are still high and your labors are speedy.

I'm still here, gestating away

I am still here too. 42+1 today.

Lots of bloody show last night and this morning. and regular strong ctx from 2am to 6am, but never closer than 10 min and I was able to mostly sleep in between. I have another set of NST/ ultrasound this morning. I am hoping all of this bloody show means it's bloody show time!

I am so stinkin' jaded about ctx I don't think I am going to believe it until I am pushing.

I only went one week overdue, so kick me in the tusch if you want to, but now that dd is here and I'm looking back, I'm actually glad for that extra time. All those days we enjoyed as a family, even if I was a preggo lump, are really dear to me now that it's all so crazy and hectic with a baby. The last weeks of hikes and family time, morning cuddles, breakfasts and hanging out with friends--none of those things would have happened if I had the baby early like I thought I would.

I know it's hard to enjoy being where you're being, but whatever you do to fill your time, I hope it's something you enjoy. Once baby is here, you might actually be thankful for these extra couple of weeks!

I think... I THINK my water just broke. I was scolding at DS (bad mama ) to clean up his toys and was on my knees helping him. I stood up and splash. Either I peed my pants or...

It wasn't a lot, but it also did not smell like pee (My pee has smelled like battery acid lately). Off to take a brisk walk and wait to see...
