Five month old with eczema

Does anyone know what can be used for baby eczema (I want something natural)? She has it bad on her legs and arms.

You really need to look into food allergies. Even is shes just BFing, she may be allergic to something YOUR ingesting. that was my DS2s problem. Still is as he just found out recently.

Otherwise i used aveeno. No perfumes, odor and dye free.

I've had luck with California Baby's calendula cream.. fairly natural, meant as a first aid cream, lotion, and eczema cream. It works on my baby, but not the toddler- all that works for him is a prescription. His is related to the weather, so there was a fine line between what on his body is weather-related eczema, and what is weather-related allergies. Watch the forcasts and outdoor allergen counts to see if anything correlates to flare-ups.

preventive measures- Keeping them from overheating/getting sweaty; wear 100% cotton; wear longsleeves and pants, or else shortsleeves and shorts that don't hit at the elbows and knees which irritates where the eczema usually happens.

DS has a small patch on the upper part of his back. Before it was little bumps, but now it's red. He doesn't have it anywhere else on his body. And allergies don't run in our family, but DS1 had a little bit of this when he was a baby, too. I need to invest in some California Baby lotion.

Coconut oil!! Needs to be organic UNREFINED raw coconut oil

We use emu oil! My girls only get it in the winter - the dry air and lack on direct sunshine makes it flare up a bit.
