Question for Charting Addicts & Experts--hypothyroid

Knowledgeable Ladies,

I normally ovulate CD 18-19 (CD20 being my latest). This month I discovered that I am a bit hypothyroid and started taking a low dose of levoxy(something) early in the cycle. Could the thyroid meds be pushing my ov date back? Messing with my temps? Does this look like it is an anov cycle (never had one when I've been charting) or did FF and I miss my ov date (or is it still to come)?

The only thing out of the ordinary is that DS's night waking has been a bit worse than usual the last couple of weeks, and I've felt a little under the weather a few times (and I've had a couple nights of mouth-breathing the last couple of days), but nothing major. No big stressors.

Here's my chart http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/212758.

Thanks for any insight you can offer!

I looked at your chart and that does look a bit off compared to your last month. All I can tell you is my personal experience. I started a prescription for medication (Armour thyroid) for hypothyroidism two months ago and this cycle is the most normal cycle I've had in two years. I was not temping when I first got on the meds, so who knows if I might have had a wacky cycle when I first started it? So for me, at least after being on it for two months, it helped rather than hurt my cycle. Perhaps it will take a few months for your temps to adjust?

I finally got crosshairs today, at what FF thinks is 5 DPO. It's definitely been a strange cycle. Trying to decide whether to take prometrium or go naturally to see if there's a difference in my LP on the thyroid meds.
