Question About Online Pharmacies

They're legal in Canada, right?

Now, I know I'm not in Canada, so I'm not asking for recommendations for myself, but do Canadians buy any drugs online, and if so, from whom? Or do they only buy from pharmacies because why buy online if you can get it through your regular pharmacy?

Does anyone (who can buy drugs legally) have any experience with this?

Please no advice on how Americans can buy drugs online; that would be illegal and I'm not interested in that.

I personally would not buy from an online pharmacy. Consumer Reports had an article about them--you might be able to google and find it. You don't know where the drugs came from or how pure they are. There is actually a huge amount of counterfeit drugs out there in the world and I personally wouldn't want to risk getting those instead of the real thing.

Not what you asked but......
It's not illegal to buy prescription drugs online from other countries as long as you have a valid US prescription. Not all drugs can be bought this way, but most common ones can, and it can be a cost saver. There are many reputable sources, you just have to do your due diligence.

I live in Mexico, and there are many good pharmacies here, many do mail order too. The rules here are lax, but the import rules are ten same for all Americans. Just have a script, it's ok! There are drugs here that are cheap and effective, there is not a huge counter fitting issue, if you go to reputable stores.

My mom orders hers meds online, because her insurance gives her 3 month supplies for the price of one month if she orders online. This is in US, through Walgreens or other pharmacies. Canadians have Health Canada, so I don't know if they have an incentive to buy online like in the US. There is no arson a Canadian couldn't order online if they wanted to though.
