Is anyone back at at? How did it go? I'm about 6 weeks pp and still worried that it is going to hurt.

We were back at it at 1 week pp.

I didn't have any tearing or damage and it wasn't painful at all. We just took it easy for a few weeks before really getting back into the swing of things.

Yeah, and it was a little "owie" at first. But, it was better when I was more relaxed. Would highly recommend a stiff drink if you can time it with the nursing, then you won't care

I think "is it going to hurt?" beforehand was worse than the actual discomfort, actually...

Started back at 10 weeks pp after an episiotomy although probably could have done earlier if not for DH being stressed with work. Used lots of lube, the very beginning was slightly painful so we started slowly, but the ending was great.

we gave it a go recently, I'm 7 and a half weeks pp. It was ok. It didn't really hurt, but was uncomfortable.

We're back at it, but I'm a little...well...stiff (?) down there, so I don't have much staying power. But we grease things up well and it is alright. Doesn't hurt, but I'm a little sore afterward. I know from experience that it won't really get better until the baby starts solids, so I just sort of go along with it for now in the name of marital harmony.

I think we first did at around 3 weeks Pp. I didn't have any tearing or anything and that's about all we waited last time. It's been great when we can find the time with 2 kids on very different schedules!

So jealous! The stars have not aligned under our roof yet

I'm 7 weeks PP and my sex drive is back in full swing but DP wants to give me another month "to heal up" I think it's just his way of saying he's way too tired which is fair, the man does tackle full time work and full time school then does the night time parenting of 18 month old DS who is no where near sleeping through the night.

I had 2 first degree tears this time (5 total stitches) and feel about the same down there as I did at 6 months PP after DS's birth which resulted in 2 deep second degree tears (and an hour of very shoddily done suturing).

I am shocked to say that dtd this morning at 6 weeks after a forceps delivery and third degree tear, didn't hurt at all!

It took at least 6 months for me to recover from the 3rd degree tear I got last time.

We DTD this morning, 10 weeks pp. I was skeered because of my tear. A little discomfort at first but then it was fine.
