Reflexology for TTC?

I was curious as to if anyone has used (or thought about using) reflexology for TTC?
Oddly enough, the doctor I saw for bronchitis recommended it. That's better than my ob/gyn, who recommends I do nothing!

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yup, it worked very well for me. I had been doing accupuncture for over a year w/ still barely any EWCM or BFP. The first cycle after my session of reflexology I had tons of EWCM for the 1st time!...conceived a few months later using reflexology and suggestions from the book The Infertility Cure.

So how do you find someone that does reflexology for conception? I downloaded some reflexology charts because I noticed that parts of my feet had sore spots that actually corresponded with body aches. I am very interested in this..

I had the name of the lady my nurse practitioner recommended, so that's where I started. Also, NC has an association that lists all the practitioners in the state, and they even have a special listing for "maternity reflexology," which includes infertility.

I just got an email from the only reflexologist in my town, and she said she generally charges around $70/hour, or $250 for five maternity visits. She also said she's seen people get pregnant immediately to within eleven months. I'm getting her to send me a brochure, so I'll let you know if I get more info.

The woman I see for reflexology is a friend of my husbands. She is just really really good. She tells women ahead of time (who are not having it done for fertility reasons) to use extra precautions to NOT get pregnant if they don't want to because if not, they get pregnant the following month, lol!

The sore spots are weaknesses in those corresponding areas in your body.

For me, I had immediate results w/ reflexology so $70/hr is worth it. It may take several sessions to work any weaknesses out first

Good luck
