has anyone bought a crockpot recently? Lead free?

I know this has been asked many times before, but I was searching and it seemed most of the threads were from at least a year ago. I was just wondering if anyone had recently gotten a new crock pot and if anyone had found any that were lead free or deemed safer?

I'd really like to get a crock pot, but I have no idea what to buy.

Or would it be safer to use something like a Le Crueset dutch oven in the oven? I can't use them on the stove unfortunately, we have a flat cooktop.

that's what we did, switched from the crockpot to the Le Creuset dutch oven because of lead concerns, and I am amazed at the difference in our food. It cooks so much better!
