I'd made sweet potatoes the other night - just mashed them with a little ghee, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. They were good, but lacking something. Tonight my hubby simmered raisins, coconut flakes and cinnamon in coconut oil for a bit and added them to the sweet potatoes. Oh my goodness, they were good! 
Next time I'm going to add some walnuts, too!
