what containers do you freeze food in?

Since plastic is not supposed to be great, but what do you freeze foods in?
Can you freeze stuff in glass jars?
I have been using ziploc freezer bags and plastic containers for soup and such, and then thaw it in warm water to get it out of there, but is there a non-plastic alternative to freeze foods in?

ziplocs! I let them unthaw during the day. For stuff like soup and applesauce, I freeze in plastic containers, then slip the frozen block out of the container and into a...ziploc!

Glass only, mostly repurposed jars. I do not trust plastic (tubs or baggies) at all!

I mostly use freezer bags, though I know plastic isn't ideal. I just don't re-heat the food in them.

I use freezer bags but just dont thaw them out by using microwave or hot water. I even freeze spag sauce and apple sauce in them and smoosh them flat in the bag so they thaw much quicker! I didnt think you could freeze stuff in glass, I thought it would crack?

I freeze veggies & fruits on cookie sheets then stick'm in ziplock freezer bags. Meat is mostly in freezer bags. Other stuff is mostly in random plastic containers (ziploc plastic containers or like yogurt containers or whatever). I just don't like freezing in glass unless I *HAVE* too. I've had glass break far too many times on me in the freezer to have any desire to do so on any sort of continual basis.

A friend told me that, before her baby was born, she cooked up stews and such, and froze them in pyrex containers (or other flatter than wide containers) and then popped them out and stored the frozen rectangle in a plastic bag. Less contact with the plastic, but it didn't keep all her glass containers occupied since she wanted to stockpile food.
