domperidone... argh!

I'm sort of in a pinch.

I've been ordering domperidone from inhouse pharmacy and was quite surprised to find that they are no longer shipping to the USA.

I've waited too long to re-rorder so I'm probably going to run out and on top of that I have to find a new pharmacy! Eek!

Can anyone help me? Where do you order from? How much do you pay per 100 pills?

I'd also be interested in hearing what dosage/schedule people are on. I've been doing 20mg 4x a day, per the induced lactation protocol, but have read about others doing more. I am also curious as to whether people take 30 minutes before or 90 mintues after eating (both for better absorption).
