So my abdomen, like from belly button up, hurts. I would say it is my ab muscles, but I'm not sure I really have those left at this point 
Bouncing on my yoga ball, even rolling on it, was so painful that I had to stop. Jogging just a tiny bit in the pool today hurt. Going from a "slouch" position to an upright position in a chair hurts. Bending over just to pull on my shorts hurts. It's like a burning sort of pain. I'm positive it isn't my uterus, because it is only the top portion of my abdomen, and Squirt is moving around quite happily in there still; no spotting or BH contractions or cramping, etc. Just pain whenenver I engage what remains of my abdominal muscles.
Is this normal at 30 weeks? Have I just been working myself too hard physically?
Any other thoughts or insights?
