Im finding it really challenging to be on bed-rest.
Im a do-it-yourself kind of person and Im efficient at how I get things done and I like doing things my way
and I hear my family struggling to find things in the kitchen/house or needing help and I just cannot get up to help them. its So frustrating. Its not like I could just jump up even if I was allowed.. I have broken or cracked ribs and pneumonia at 36 weeks so im feeling pretty bad, and in a LOT of pain.... but still im finding it harder every day to be not doing the usual things that Im used to.. getting up, making breakfast, tidying up, washing dishes.. I actually miss cleaning a bit! walking somewhere with my littlem ones (i have 3) i LOVE this time of year and its passing me by!
and the urge to nest is SO strong and what can I do other than knit?
its just so frustrating. Thank goodness for laptops is all I can say. There is only so much napping a person can do in a day.
any other bed-rest mamas out there?
