Ok, what is that smell?

Oh, this is so embarrassing....

When I turn on my oven, I am smelling something that may be a dead/cooking mouse. :Puke

I already have my front burner on the stove that doesn't work, so am planning to get a new/used range asap (hubby has replaced everything 3 times so it is time), but asap is def. not now. What do I do? We've pulled out the range and don't see anything, but we have had a bit of a mouse issue around here for about a year now (all the neighbors do and we have 3 cats inside!--we live in the country). Could it be in the wall of the oven? Ewwwww! Help!

Pull it out, unplug it, get a screwdriver and take off the back panel.

I found a rat in mine a couple years ago after several days of LOSING MY MIND.

Have a barf bucket ready, towels and disinfectant spray. Be careful when removing. That is all I'll say.

Ok, so you say have **my DH** pull it out, unplug it, and take off the back, rofl. Gotcha. Thanks! That's his territory, lol.
