Which would you prefer - water sling or water wrap?

I'm looking for a water carrier for this new baby, primarily for the shower but when summer comes I'll definitely be using it in the pool a lot!

Also, any specific brand recommendations would be great.

I don't know about brands but I would prefer a wrap. I find I can get a more secure carry especially when your babe is in the back arching stage.

my main thought is which carry would you use in a wrap? i mean may sound stupid but i would worry about drowning from the shower head.

i LOVE wraps so much more than slings personally...but i think they would be too tight to your wet body therefore getting water in their face/mouth

My thoughts exactly. I much prefer wraps, but that exact reason is why I was debating if I should get a sling.

Water ring sling....and this is from a momma who exclusively wraps any other time.

I didn't like the thought of having yards of wet fabric around me so this summer I bought a ring sling from Zany Toes. It's made of the same material as swim trunks & has built in UV protection.
