I have a question about my foot. I just got the cast off. I didn't realize I was supposed to sleep in the boot as well as wear it during the day. So, last night I did not sleep in it. I called the Dr. today just to make sure I didn't have to sleep in it and he said yes I am supposed to sleep in it.
So now I am terrified that I may have damaged his tendon work last night while sleeping and never know. The big toe is not supposed to bend back and maybe it did if I rolled around too much in my sleep??
My question is whether or not I hurt it even the slightest last night while I was sleeping.
Ugh.
