I am in desperate need of replacement straws for my kids' Thermos Funtainers. I've called the number listed in the "care and use" pamphlet that came with them a number of times, I've left 3 messages, and I've emailed 3 times over the last 3ish weeks. I've not gotten any sort of response at all. The message when you call says they will return calls within 24 hours.
One of our straws has been broken for weeks now, and I'm getting really annoyed that I haven't even been able to order a new one yet.
What do I do now?
Has anyone had any luck getting a response from Thermos in Canada? I'm considering calling the US Thermos, but I'm guessing they'll tell me I have to get it from Canada Thermos.
At the beginning of the message when you call, you can get to the company directory- I'm considering trying to get to a random person there to see if they can help.
