Replacement parts for Thermos

I am in desperate need of replacement straws for my kids' Thermos Funtainers. I've called the number listed in the "care and use" pamphlet that came with them a number of times, I've left 3 messages, and I've emailed 3 times over the last 3ish weeks. I've not gotten any sort of response at all. The message when you call says they will return calls within 24 hours.

One of our straws has been broken for weeks now, and I'm getting really annoyed that I haven't even been able to order a new one yet.

What do I do now?
Has anyone had any luck getting a response from Thermos in Canada? I'm considering calling the US Thermos, but I'm guessing they'll tell me I have to get it from Canada Thermos.

At the beginning of the message when you call, you can get to the company directory- I'm considering trying to get to a random person there to see if they can help.

I have no idea... I've always just called the customer service # and talked to somebody... never have left a message. Honestly... I'd dial the number and press # a whole bunch... if you just keep pressing pound when they give you automated options, you almost always get a person. Good luck!!

I called the us one for the foogo straws. They directly set me up with cdn customer service. Within a week I had new straws

Funtainer straws from Canadian thermos

Hi I just saw your comment about not being able to get in touch with Canadian Thermos, I actually work in the customer service department and am very surprised that you have not been called back, because myself and my colleagues call consumers back DAILY! But anyway, I really want to assist you, can you please call the toll free number and dial 710 for my personal extension...Because I don't know your name I can't all you. If I am away from my desk...PLEASE leave a message, I promise I will call you back right away!

Thanks so much! We got it all figured out, and Thermos is sending the straws asap.

eta- it's so wierd that my calls and emails weren't returned
It's obvious from the two people I talked to that they take customer service seriously- they were very nice, and took care of it right away. I even doubted myself for a minute, thinking I may have called a wrong number or something, but I don't think that's possible, for a variety of reasons. Oh well. I guess it was just some wierd fluke! I'm just happy that I got them ordered!

And they are sending them free- I'm not sure if they do that as a matter of course, or if they are being nice by doing so. Either way, I appreciate it
