For the past couple of months my daughter has been resting her teeth on my nipple while she nurses. She's not biting. It's only on one side of her mouth (depending on angle either the top or the bottom). It's like she just can't keep her teeth out of the way anymore and I'm getting done. It hurts. We talk about it. (She's very precociously verbal.) But she doesn't seem to be able to stop. It makes her very sad because she really wants to nurse and she knows that we have to stop when her teeth hit me. I think if she could stop she would. I have seen mention of the mouth changing as they grow... could that be the problem? Is she just getting to the point already where she can't nurse properly? I really don't want to prematurely wean her. She's a pretty serious boobieholic. She is still nursing 5-10 times a day. I feel like in her case it would be pretty upsetting to wean.

Any advice?
