Hi everyone,
I've read Mothering on and off for 17 years, but as my kids are now 13 and 17 I've kind of slacked off for awhile. My mistake, obviously! I should have kept in touch all along -- great thinkers, idea generators, and happy people abide here, which is why I'm back.
As I said, I've got 2 teenaged boys, and we are an unschooling family. My oldest boy went to preschool for a couple of years (moms in attendance, so, more like a play group). Both boys have been unschooled from the start which has always been my strong passion. Even so, it's definitely not always easy and is often trying, at least lately.
This is my hello and hi to all, but I will post a separate message in other areas as I'm looking for help/suggestions/advice on a few things.
So, glad to be here, glad to be back, and I look forward to meeting you guys.
