celiac, dairy and wheat intolerance in me and 3 yo DD.

i have no idea where to post this or where to start. this all started bc i read fibro gets better when you cut out dairy wheat etc. i felt better and told the doc so she ordered a test for celiac and told me to keep on the diet. so i was looking at my 3yo and 1 yo and they are different and grew different. i know that every kid is different but DS and DD2 are both healthy looking compared to DD1. she is paler and has circles under her eyes. looking back i remember as an infant (i drank lots of milk) she always spit up alot and had green mucousy stools. they said they could blood test her or send her to an allergist. she has such little arms, i doubt they could get a blod test for celiac. she reccomended i cut out her dairy etc. How do they test kids her age? nobody will believe me if i tell them. they will only believe me if i show them test results. i dont want to fight with anybody over it to get them to not feed her that stuff. my 2 dds look alike except for DD1 is paler and less healthy looking. my thoughts are all jumbled up and i have no idea where to start or who to talk to besides what my doc already did (took 4 vials of blood from me and said they were testing for celiac and allergies). on top of that i feel bad i might have been jepordizing DD1's health and growth.

Don't beat yourself up, mama! You can't blame yourself for what you didn't know before.

www.enterolab.com is excellent b/c you can do a stool test, not a blood test. That is what I did for my DS when he was 3. Keep in mind you can be negative for celiac or negative IgE for wheat, and still be gluten intolerant, a lot of mainstream drs don't believe in that.
