Who would you see for this? Gallbladder problems and possible anxiety - Page 2

I had my gallbladder out when DD was 4 months old, so 2-ish years ago now. I had horrible anxiety before I had it out about the attacks. DP had hers out 2.5 years ago, while I was 8 months pregnant with DD, so I had some anxiety in general about gallbladder issues. DP had several complications with her surgery and it was very traumatic for us all.

My own surgery was totally textbook, however. I felt much better within 24hrs, and back to myself within a week. The anxiety took longer to fade, of course, but within a few months (2-3) I was only rarely even thinking about it.

However, DP is now pregnant with twins, and the possibility of a c-section (ie more abdominal surgery) has some of the issues coming back pretty strong for her (and for me, to a lesser extent). I feel that a positive birth experience (be it vaginal or an uncomplicated c-section) would be very healing for us.

So I went to the naturopath today and he seems to think that I have a progesterone deficiency or estrogen dominance. Today I've been feeling very anxious and really upset. I almost had a breakdown in his office, but I held myself together. I went to my GP's office to pick up a copy of my ultrasound report and the secretary said to me "And Dr ___ wants to see you!!" in a really rude tone. So that didn't help things. They got me in for Friday so I'll go see her and request the blood tests that the naturopath wants. Hopefully she'll write the request out and then I don't have to pay for them!! But I'm not sure what I'm feeing right now. I'm sad, anxious, and just sick and tired of feeling this way.
