I want to hire someone to deep clean the apartment

How do I go about finding someone and how much do you think it would cost?

I've got everything almost completely decluttered and am keeping up pretty well with the daily chores. But, I really can't stand the MM one thing at a time right at this moment. I want to have a Fall cleaning and at least experience a thoroughly clean place for a short little while! Then I'll get back to MM.

Our apartment is about 800 sq ft and I'd want it to be cleaned top to bottom.

Is it very risky to post an ad on CL for this? Should I just go with an established cleaner?

I personably wouldn't feel comfortable posting an ad on CL. I would hire an independent person on recommendation of someone I knew, otherwise I'd go with a company.

I've hired people off of CL many times. You can search the "household" section. Pick someone with a lot of references. The price will depend on your area I'm sure. Where I live its $15-$22/hr. Good luck!

Last time I did this, I went with a company with a personal recommendation from someone I knew. It cost me about $400 plus tip, and 4 workers were here for about 8 hours. We have about 1200 sq ft.
