Worried - breast tenderness comes and goes

I am looking for reassurance. I am almost 6 weeks pregnant after doing IVF (and with a history, see my signature). MY hcg levels were measured last week and were rising nicely, but the only symptom I have so far - tender breasts - is coming and going. For the past few days, heavy and sensitive. This morning - nothing. I have an ultrasound on Thursday but I am so concerned that this is going to be another loss. Has anyone else had breast tenderness/sensitivity come and go and still have a healthy pregnancy? I am generally worried about not "feeling" pregnant. No nausea either.

It's totally normal (and very irritating )!! Even now at 16 weeks it comes and goes for me. But definitely in the early days as things are still settling in many symptoms will come and go sparking needless worry.

With my first I felt FANTASTIC until 6w+1d and then it was all downhill, so you have some time yet

in the meantime.

All of my symptoms came and went. I actually had more breast growth in the first trimester than tenderness. Went from a 36B to a 38C almost overnight at 8 weeks. I also barely had any nausea. It was mostly food aversions. Things tasted too strong so I was eating bread and butter for most of week 9.
But at 6 weeks... didn't feel anything (except for excited, scared, impatient, ect ect).
I would say he's pretty healthy though. Growing right on target and active like a freestyle dancer.

Yup i agree!
Mine too has come and gone...sometimes they dont' hurt at all sometimes they really hurt...I wouldn't put too much stock into symptoms coming and going...
