I know, I know, bleach - blech. But it seriously gets out the stink. And we've had a lot of that recently and it's really getting on my nerves. Even the prefolds have been stinking. I have a wide variety of diapers and fabrics used and it all stinks. I usually use bleach about once every 3-4 months, but I'm seriously thinking of using it every other wash. Anyone use it on a regular basis and how do the diapers hold up?
We have flannel diapers with microfiber, chamois, cotton prefolds, t-shirt, zorb, hemp, and bamboo inserts
BumGenius 3.0
Thirsties pockets
PUL covers - variety (I"m not planning on bleaching these)
I think I'm going to use the old, "My mom washed all our diapers in bleach every time and we're fine" excuse....
Oh and our wash routine is cold rinse, long (extra rinse/spin/stain setting) hot wash with country save and vinegar rinse, and then cold rinse
