Eggplant paremsan??

Does anyone have a great recipe for eggplant parmesan? Its one of those things that I *LOVE* to order when we're out, mostly cause' I haven't found a really great recipe for it yet - and I've tried 2 or 3, all of which have just been 'meh' - 'edible' but thats about it. SO! Anyone got a great one?

Alton Brown has a great one on the food network. You can go to their website & look it up. Lots of recipes forget to tell you how to prep the eggplant, which is the key.
