So this is a week after the fact, but our beautiful daughter was born 10/10/10. She was 9 days "late" and absolutely perfect (so was the placenta). Take that, due dates. I am still unsure exactly how I feel about the birth... it was not exactly what I expected, which I believe has a lot to do with losing my zen when the car broke down on the 90 minute drive to the birth center. 
On the other hand, it was completely amazing to give birth to such an amazing little person!
It took us 3 days to name her, our little Bronagh Rose.
We are both doing well but having some major problems with BFing... currently I am pumping and she is being dropper-fed until (hopefully!) we can meet with a lactation consultant tomorrow.
DH and I are so in love with our little daughter!
