3 positive tests but lower back pain

I took 3 tests yesterday, 3 or 4 days before my period is supposed to start and they all came out positive. Today though I am having lower back aches. I had a little brown spotting but just once... not continued so I assume implantation bleeding... I had with my 1st son too. Anyone else get lower back pain?

I think low back pain is totally normal. To me, that's what period cramps feel like, but I had it off and on through around 6 or 7 weeks, and then a little more recently.

I had HORRIBLE lower back pain and cramps at 13 DPO - the night of my BFP. I was CONVINCED I was getting my period and wanted Motrin so bad. I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep. Called the dr the next day and the nurse said it was very common and could very well be implantation. I'm now 20 weeks along. I didn't have this experience with my first, so I was convinced I was getting my period, but I never did.
