Hello, Canadian schedule wanted.

I am hoping that I can get some information on selective and delayed vaccinations, perferrably a schedule that is applicable for Canadian parents.

I don't know what province you're in, but we're in Ontario and using the catch-up "Schedule 2" from this pdf as a guideline, starting when my daughter is 1. We probably won't be doing everything on the schedule, but it's a good place to start, especially if your doctor is clueless about delaying and you want something to bring him/her.
