So, all weekend I stressed about finding the *perfect* birth announcement for dd...it's something I love taking photos for, and sending out, and having as a keepsake. It's really important to me.
I looked at dozens of announcement sites, and finally settled on a design I liked but wasn't crazy about at www.minted.com (great announcements, btw...I just didn't find exactly what I wanted).
Then, just an hour after ordering them, I remembered--ETSY! I should have checked out ETSY!! No doubt I could have found an artist I loved, had him/her design a custom announcement, and it would have been perfect AND unique!
Sure 'nuff...went to etsy just now, and you can have a custom designed announcement, with the jpeg file sent to you, for $20. DOH! Double-DOH!:
