I can't find current stats

I've been searching and searching and can't find death and complication stats for chicken pox or shingles. I'm looking for stats since the vaccines were introduced.
Please help! I'm about to pull my hair out! I used to have a ton of chicken pox links on my old (and now dead) computer, now I'm mourning the loss of those great links.
Can anyone help me?

ETA: I have the link from the cdc giving percentages, but I'm looking for actual numbers.
Also, I'm not looking for shingles stats after receiving Zostavax, but shingles rates since varicella vaccination.

Hi,
I don't know if this is helpful...but this is a study commissioned by Merck that shows a tripling of shingles recurrence since 1996. Of course, they don't mention that the increase coincides with mass use of the varicella vaccine in children - the study is used to bolster evidence that shingles vaccination is needed.
