Ok so yesterday I had the Pre-op appointment with the RE. It was a better meeting than the last one. I felt a lot more respected as a person. The Dr. went on the record and said he did not think it was a hydrosalpinx but adhesions. That is no easy task depending on the severity and the of amount of adhesions. I hope he is right and that it is adhesions b/c if it is the hydrosalpinx there is a strong likelyhood the same thing will happen int he future with my now clear right tube. That would leave us with IVF as our only option if we are able to get pregnant this time around after this surgery and then find another hydro present in the future. I want two more children so badly and prefer not to have to go through IVF if at all possible. Fingers crossed that all goes well with the surgery on 1 Nov.
