radian help!

I'm in the market for a radian because I want a carseat that will fold flat for travel.
From what I see, the only differences between the XTsl and the 80sl is memory foam padding and reinforced head support. plus the XL is a bit bulkier.
Are these features worth an extra $30?

Are there other carseats I should consider that will fold flat and can accomodate a rearfacing 2 year old?

They are both excellent seats, and it's really up to you (I know that wasn't especially helpful) how much the extra features are worth.

The XTSL doesn't fold as flat due to the head wings, which might be a factor if you are traveling a lot. The Radian does install very well on planes (FF) and they can even use the tray table.
