I have been keeping track of my food intake and exercise online at a place called everydayhealth.com and today when I input my weight loss it said that I may be loosing weight to fast.
I started out at 197 on 7/17/10 and today I am down to 183 so I have lost 14pds in 3 months (13 weeks)
My goal was to loose 1pd week and I am over that a bit but is it to much?I have been walking and riding a stationary bike for exercise last night I rode "10 miles"

I am eating well most of the time. For meat I either eat turkey, chicken or fish and I am eating as many veggies as I can manage right now.
I honestly never thought I would ever loose weight but it is amazing what the threat of major life altering health issues can help you accomplish.
