I thought it would be motivational for us to report as often as we can the little chances we get to exercise with our babies.
I used to work out and Im finding it pretty hard with a baby who only takes 20 minute naps. I feel like nothing I can do counts as a work out because it doesnt add up. So, I'm going to try to do little extra things during the day with the baby and see if it can amount to anything.
Today I went for a 30 min. walk up hills with the baby.
Tomorrow Im going to a little yoga while she has tummy time on the floor next to me. Maybe if I get really into this I'll do some squats while she is in the exersaucer. I figure even 10 minutes is better than nothing.
