Hi! I am trying to bake a lady bug cake for my kids birthday on Sunday. I have a continental cookbook that gives a recipe using liquid glucose which is not available here (Serbia, Eastern Europe). Quick google search pointed to corn syrup as a substitute (again, not available here) Does anyone have a sugar paste icing fool proof recipe that includes basic stuff (flour, sugar,water honey..) or any idea what to substitute liquid glucose with?
